The platform aggregates votes to produce approval ratings for referees. Arbitrater is not affiliated with any football association, league, governing body, or referee organisation.

To vote on decisions, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

- Maintaining the security of your account and password
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform to:

- Create multiple accounts to cast multiple votes on the same decision

5. User-generated content
By posting comments or other content on the platform, you grant Arbitrater a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content in connection with the platform. You are solely responsible for any content you post and confirm that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
6. Intellectual property
The Arbitrater name, logo, rating methodology, and platform design are the intellectual property of Arbitrater. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimers
Arbitrater approval ratings represent the aggregated opinions of registered users and do not constitute objective assessments of refereeing performance. All ratings are fan-generated opinion data.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy of data, or fitness for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arbitrater shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
