5. User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you post to Arbitrater, but by submitting content you grant Arbitrater a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that it complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

Arbitrater does not endorse user opinions, comments or ratings and is not responsible for user-generated content published on the platform.

6. Ratings, statistics and fan sentiment

Arbitrater may display referee ratings, fan polls, sentiment metrics, statistical summaries and other aggregated community data.

These features are intended for entertainment, discussion and community engagement purposes only.

Platform-generated statistics and community sentiment indicators do not constitute factual allegations, professional evaluations or official determinations regarding any individual or organisation.

This data is always processed in anonymised, aggregated form and does not identify individual users. Personal information is never sold.

You must not attempt to interfere with or manipulate the operation of Arbitrater.

8. Intellectual property and platform content

All content, features, design elements, data, software, trademarks and other materials forming part of the Arbitrater platform (excluding user-generated content) are owned by or licensed to Arbitrater and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the platform content beyond what is necessary to use Arbitrater for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose.
